Known as “The Vegan Rabbi”, Rabbi Gersh has been teaching in the Jewish and Israeli Education fields for over 20 years. He shares thousands of years of Jewish teachings that promote compassion for animals and vegan lifestyles.
Rabbi Gersh earned a BA in Religious Studies from Brown University, an MA in Jewish Education from Yeshiva University and rabbinic ordination from Yeshivat Sulam Yaakov in Jerusalem. He and his wife Tamar live in Pardes Hanna, Israel with their four children.
